Orb team make a dash for colourful 5k!

After a tricky year for everyone, it was finally time for the ORB team to let their hair down and enjoy a burst of vibrant fun at Sheffield’s Colour Obstacle Rush!

Our team took to an obstacle course scattered with 20 inflatables that combined the fun of a colour powdered run with the atmosphere of a festival at Rother Valley Country Park.

It was just the ticket for us to work on team building and continuing to create a great culture at ORB that is inspiring and is founded on brilliant working relationships. From foam to dancing and running, it was a challenge fuelled with laughter and a rainbow of colour.

Stewart Olsen, managing director at Orb, said: “We have a passion for people at ORB and seeing our staff gather together to have a brilliant dose of fun while forging friendships after so much social distancing over the past year was fantastic.

“We’re looking forward to running more team building exercises that light up our team and keep us all motivated and remind us that laughter can be wonderfully reinvigorating. It was a lot of fun and we'd highly recommend it!”

The first Colour Obstacle Rush was held in Finland in 2014 under the Finnish name ‘Variestejuoksu’. The 2014 tour became the most popular obstacle run series in Scandinavia. Following its success, organisers expanded to the US and Europe since 2015.
