ORB Recruitment are currently working with a busy housing maintenance business based in the Manchester area who are now returning to work and in need of additional team members to join their teams.
We are seeking candidates who have previous experience working for a local authority, housing maintenance business or similar – who can supporting the daily, weekly and monthly planning of planned and responsive repairs works.
Candidates will ideally have an excellent knowledge of the housing maintenance industry and will be able to liaise with all parties (engineers, customer etc.) to resolve and plan works as required.
Skills / experience required;
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time-management and planning (own workloads and engineers)
Knowledge of construction and housing maintenance (preferable)
Excellent telephone manner and customer service
